Extra crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. It's the perfect alternative to garlic bread.

2 Cups of Lukewarm Water
2 Tablespoons of Instant Yeast

Large 9"×13" baking dish
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl including the yeast, add the water, and mix well.
Add olive oil to your hands and rub the exterior of the dough. Place the dough back in a bowl, cover it and let it rest until it doubles in size (approximately 1 hour).
- Place the dough in an oiled baking dish and let it rest again. It will grow and fill the baking dish. With the tip of your fingers gently press it down to degas the dough (removing air bubbles and reinvigorating the yeast cells).
Add your favourite UG EVOO to drizzle, a sprinkle of UG Himalayan Salt along with your preferred toppings.
- Bake at 220°C for 25 min or until crispy.
